Silicon carbide sanding belts are high-hardness, sharp, and wear-resistant abrasive belts suitable for precision grinding and polishing of various metal and non-metal materials.

 

Applications:


1. Grinding and polishing for Non-ferrous metals: aluminum, brass, bronze, magnesium, titanium, etc.

2. Grinding and polishing for Non-metallic/brittle materials: glass, ceramics, porcelain, stone, marble, calcium silicate board, etc.

3. Grinding and polishing for Industrial sheet and composite materials: medium and high density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard, composite materials, etc.

4. Grinding and polishing for Other applications: final finishing of rubber, plastics, fiber wood, and metal surfaces.

 

Features: 

1.  High hardness and sharpness: It can quickly cut materials under relatively light pressure, making it the hardest and sharpest type of synthetic abrasive.

2. High wear resistance: Suitable for long-term operation and high-temperature, high-pressure conditions, especially effective in wet grinding.
